How To Request Deletion
- Email

Goal Progress Tracker Account Deletion Request. - Include the email address and username associated with the account.
- State that you want the account and associated data deleted.
Do not include your password, access token, JWT, database URL, signing material, or any other secret.
Identity Verification
You may be asked to prove control of the account email before a request is processed. Verification will be limited to what is reasonably needed to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
What We Expect To Delete
- the account record and authentication data;
- goals and user-generated progress content;
- measurements and optional notes;
- challenges created by or associated with the account;
- teams, memberships, and invitations associated with the account;
- internal relationships and identifiers no longer required.
Some relationship records may require controlled handling to preserve database integrity, protect other users, and prevent abuse.
What May Be Retained Temporarily
Limited information may be retained temporarily for security and abuse prevention, backup rotation, fraud or security investigations, legal obligations, or essential operational integrity. It will not be used for advertising.
Expected Handling Time
We aim to complete a verified deletion request within 30 days after verification. If additional time or limited retention is required, the support contact will explain the reason where appropriate.
Current Limitation
Backend and in-app account deletion are not automated yet. Requests submitted through this page require manual handling. This page creates a request channel only.
